Too Much Chocolate

Yeah, our family likes to gift each other chocolate.  We let the kids (and ourselves) gorge on it for a day so they get thoroughly sick of it and then we hope they realize the meaning of “all good things in moderation.” Hasn’t worked well for us though.

So when Hyrum found he had more chocolate than he could eat (that day), he had a great idea.  Food storage!  He broke up a chocolate orange, put it in a canning jar, and stored it in the cabinet.  “Just in case of dementor attacks” he said.

Now Hyrum wants to type:

“ In Harry Potter And The Prisoner of Azbakan, Lupin gives Harry chocolate to bring back his warmth. Chocolate gives warmth if consumed which can reduce cold body temperature. That’s why I saved the chocolate for emergency when a person get attacked by a dementor or is freezing.

In the meantime, Hannah and I played Among Us this Christmas break and our plans for tomorrow is go to Pillsbury Crossing. But last summer, we encounter a wild teen party event. There were college kids in Pillsbury Crossing drinking, driving on motorbikes, smoking, and playing music that contains swearing. As we left the party without making bad choices, police cars came pass by our car and thank goodness the police arrived at Pillsbury Crossing and arrested them. I called it the “Pillsbury Party incident”.

This Christmas, I got a few comic books, a cuttlefish T-shirt, a bag of Swedish Fish, a MP3 player with headphones, a heavy box of geodes from my grandparents and chocolate.”
