Life marches on

Nate was discharged on 26 December, yea!

We've been home just over  a week and a half, catching up on various chores, projects, and holiday stuff.

Rusty took Hannah and some friends ice skating. None of them are confident skaters but they cheered each other on and had a good time.

The kids went back to school on Thursday (but Nate had appointments so he only went back Friday).  My Friday was also  full of errands so I can't say that life has settled down exactly but we are at least moving forward. 😉

Nursery and Cub Scouts (Michelle's church callings) are off to a good start for 2018.  Our nursery class went from 12 toddlers to just five, so church felt remarkably quiet today. We had a quick meeting after church for the families of children turning eight this year. Only two boys will be joining Cub Scouts this year- that is also change from the last couple years but still a familiar situation- we have a tiny pack.

Hyrum's church classes are usually packed full, but this year he is with the older boys so the classes were tiny.  Hopefully this will be a good arrangement for everyone.  It makes it easier for Rusty to attend with Hyrum, so that is nice.

Nate gets another infusion on Monday, but hopefully it will remain an outpatient procedure. 🤞🏽
